Animal House Torre Biologica

The Animal House Torre Biologica - StTB - covers an area of about 500 square meters. It owns areas, equipment and skills to house about 5000 mice and 1000 rats.
It also has a room specifically equipped to house zebrafish, experimental surgery and micro-surgery room, a modern wash and sterilization room, a chemical laboratory, a biological laboratory, a histology and perfusion laboratory, a large service, isolation and quarantine area. Each mice/rats housing rooms is equipped with a laboratory for experimental treatments.
