Alzheimer's disease and Aging

The "Alzheimer's Disease and Aging" section shows behavioral tests able to evaluate different types of memory that are altered in aging and dementia. These tests are the most used by the scientific community since they allow to study brain areas primarily involved in these pathological conditions (such as the hippocampus) and the related cognitive functions that depend on the integrity of the same (for example, work memory or memory space).
